  • Client receives invitation to collaborate on Personal Financial Planning Site and goes through entire onboarding process
  • New Client Questionnaire and Privacy Notice sent
  • The following documents uploaded to Financial Planning Site Secure Vault
    • Completed New Client Questionnaire
    • Prior Year Tax Return
  • Schedule next three meetings – Not Applicable for Tax Preparation Only Clients

  • DocuSign forms sent for e-signature to open/transfer accounts to TD Ameritrade Institutional
  • Risk Tolerance questionnaire sent

 

  • Client receives AdvicePay link to initiate ongoing bill payment
  • Budgeting worksheet sent for client completion
