- Completed New Client Questionnaire
- Prior Year Tax Return
- Schedule next three meetings – Not Applicable for Tax Preparation Only Clients

Investment Management Clients
- DocuSign forms sent for e-signature to open/transfer accounts to TD Ameritrade Institutional
- Risk Tolerance questionnaire sent
- Client receives AdvicePay link to initiate ongoing bill payment
- Budgeting worksheet sent for client completion
